Unser denkmalgeschütztes Haus wurde grundlegend renoviert, individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dabei haben wir auf eine harmonische Verbindung zwischen Alt und Neu geachtet.

Unseren Gästen bieten wir 4 Ferienwohnungen für 2 - 5 Personen , teilw. mit Balkon. Gartenterrasse am Haus

Parkplätze und zahlreiche Unterstell möglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Motorräder (auch mit Hänger) sind vorhanden.

Internationale Gäste sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch.

Wir wohnen mitten im Ort. Von hier aus können Sie bequem Vieles zu Fuß erreichen:
- Bodensee / Schiffsanlegestelle Kursschiffe  
  (150 m)
- Bushaltestelle (50 m): alle 30 min in jede 
  Richtung
- Fahrradverleih
- Tourist-Info
- Strand-/Hallenbad "Aquastaad" (10 min)
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt, 
  Apotheke etc.) sowie Arzt und Zahnarzt
  ( 5 min)

Short information

Our well and historically protected house has been completely renovated, individually and tastefully furnished.

During the process of renovation we took paticularly care of the harmonious combination between ancient and modern architecture.

For our guests we offer 4 appartments for 2 - 5 person, 2 of them with balcony.

Parking places for cars, bicycles, motor bikes and trailers

International guests are welcome!

We are speaking German, English and Italian.

We are right in the center of Immenstaad. From here you can easily reach a lot by foot.
- Lake of Constance and the pier (150 m).

La nostra casa ben curata e classificata monumento nazionale è stata completamente restaurata ed arredata con molta cura e gusto.

Durante il processo di rinnovo abbiamo cercatodi equilibrare in modo paticolare l`unione tra l`antico ed il moderno.

Ai nostri ospiti offriamo 4 appartamenti da 2 - 5 persone, 2 dei quali con balcone.

Posti di parccheggio per macchine, biciclette e motociclette nel cortile della casa.

Gli ospiti internazionali sono i benvenuti!

Parliamo tedesco, italiano e inglese.
